I contacted Carson Roofing and Building because I had multiple roof leaks at my chimney flashings and 2 valleys, all of which emerging in the recent storms and heavy rain. I called many companies to pursue a solution, but the person who stood out the most was Gary. Whilst I am no expert on roofs, I just felt Gary was the man with the knowledge and honesty for the job. I can say that I did not regret my decision. I received a detailed quote for the job, fully detailing the issues and the work required to solve them, all at a fixed price. Gary started the job when he said he would, and communicated timeously throughout. There were a couple of days when he couldn't get to site as promptly as he wanted (mostly due to the weather) but he always let me know his intentions, which was very much appreciated. Tradesmen aren't known for their communication skills!! The job is now finished and I am pleased with Gary's workmanship, all of which evidenced by the pictures he took during the work. In my view Gary has a genuine intention to do a job with thoroughness and attention to detail, and I have confidence my leaky roof is fixed. Thank you, Gary. Service: Roof repair
