Very small bank could do with a make over but the staff are friendly sometimes you can wait a wee while but it's a shame they are sitting up for good

Most of the staff are lovely. However SUSAN has now been rude to me on 3 separate occasions. Im a support worker and she speaks to me like rubbish when Im with my clients. She cant even speak properly she knows shes being nasty. She also spoke to me like I didnt understand one day English is my first language so shes obviously basing her ignorance on an assumption? Think shes a wee bit racist, because its not the first time shes treated me like this, not the right job to be in. Does she think when we bring our clients to the bank we dont have a process to follow? Asking client whats the money for, client tells her to hand it to me. Client has CAPACITY. Honest to god this woman is horrible and made me feel inadequate on more than one occasion. Its a shame cause Karen who we usually deal with is so lovely and you would think Susan being the manager would have some sort of professionalism but no she doesnt. I think Susan needs to be retrained on how to deal with people who have support workers with them and treat everyone fairly.
