I absolutely love Ruths classes which I attended at Polbeth on a Monday afternoon. Ruth has such a lovely way of teaching and explains each move fully before rushing on to the next one. I always come out of Ruths classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and re energised, thanks Ruth and good luck with the new studio, Im looking forward to coming along to a class soon,

Can not recommend Ruth & Sonia at Sonshine Hollistic enough. Whether it be kids yoga, a workshop or anything in between. They are welcoming to beginners and put me (& the kids) very much at ease. If youre reading this review to decide whether to book a class or not, this is the universe (& me) telling you to do it! Namaste girls

Ruth is an amazing yoga teacher. We have been attending classes with her since June and I am amazed how far I have come personally in that time. So proud I managed warrior 3 pose this week - on both sides! Always look forwards to the classes each week. Thank you Ruth. From Claire and Olivia xx

Ruth is an amazing Yoga teacher and the new studio is beautiful. All equipment was provided, mat, blanket and bolster cushion, even an eye pillow! I had the 1-2-1 restorative session and it was total bliss! Worth every penny. I came out with an added spring in my step!
