A very disappointing experience. Nordan doors were supplied as part of our new build in 2011. After 3 years the front door had deteriorated badly and Nordan came out and after a bit of a discussion agreed to replace the front door and we were told it was from a faulty batch. The back door deteriorated just as badly and because we had a cat flap fitted they said it voided the warranty. The back door came from the same batch as the front door. The new front door is 5 years old and looks fine, the back door is 8 years old and looks horrendous. Nordan say it is due to lack of maintenance but both doors have been maintained in the same way. The difference between the doors is chalk and cheese. There is no way that if we left the front door without any maintenance it would look as bad as the back door. The back door is clearly faulty but Nordan are hiding behind "it is in our terms and conditions". Also read the small print of their brochure carefully, especially the 10 year warranty which is very limited in scope. The actual warranty is only for 3 years.
