I purchased a Highlander Munro jacket from another company where it was found to be faulty. The company in question whom I purchased it from failed to answer e-mails over a number of weeks with regards to the issue with the jacket. I decided to contact Highlander direct just to ask for advice and whether they had seen a similar problem with any other jackets. Highlander replied back saying although this wasn't purchased directly from them they were more than happy to offer a replacement. I think this is unbelievable service and an unbelievable gesture where I cant praise them enough for helping me out. For anyone looking for a quality item from a totally reliable company look no further the Highlander Scotland

I have to say I have nothing but positive things to say about this company I've had a fre products from them a 1 man tent a poncho style jacket and a inflatable mat all three are absolute 5 star products and excellent quality. Customer service is ace. When buying outdoor gear this is my go to everytime

I ordered two rubber feet for my walking poles and I mentioned that I'd lost a "basket" which screws onto the poles above the feet or ferrule. They didn't advertise these for sale but they kindly hunted one down in the warehouse and sent it to me foc. Great customer service.
