Paula has been so supportive in helping me to complete my ILM assignments through all the recent changes within my work environment, and has given me space to reflect and understand what these changes mean for me and my team. Just seeing an email with words of encouragement popping up in my in-box, or the reminder of a supportive call available has made such a difference. I have not done any academic work for many years but Paula has made this easier for me to access and understand and has been patient and non judgemental with all her support. Had a great learning experience from Paula. Made me think about an develop my skills and ensure that I thought into why we are doing what were doing along with getting you to answer questions in ways that you don't notice. Her work with the group for presentations was great and would recommend her to any company thinking of developing there aspiring leaders.

Paula is an excellent coach. I can't thank her enough for the guidance, and encouragement she gave me. There were times that she took me down paths that I didn't want to go, and explore areas of myself which I'd previously been too fearful to approach. However because her methods were delivered with such compassionate, support and enthusiasm I know the self-confidence and belief that I gained through this experience will stay with me.

Paula is an excellent tutor. Extremely supportive, very approachable and always there to offer help and guidance if and when required. She makes the time to go through things with you if further help is required. Top class tutor!
