3/4 minute drive cost me 10.40! It said 9.40 on the screen (which is still a lot) and he then charged me this. When its usually 6 with an other taxi company! No wonder no one answers the phone anymore and its just a robot. I would have used the other taxi company that I like but I didnt want to wait 40 minutes due to them being busy. I will not be using this company again, what a total rip off.

Phoned to order a taxi last night for a very early flight this morning from Edinburgh to London standsted. Computer system booked it for me without evening confirming my intended destination all it asked for was a time and where to pick us up from. Come 4.40 this morning no sign of it. I called and got told there was no taxis until after 5. Wont be using this company ever again almost missed our flight they were about to be calling our names over the tannoy as everyone else was waiting onboard

22 pound from winchburgh to kirkliston! Fixed quote literally greedy greedy basturds. Everyone stop using them bring them back to earth! They'll soon lower costs and actually turn up to customers on time. Useless greedy basturds.avoid!!!

Tried to book a taxi for me and my 2 girls to go on our day trip and was told none are available in my area.. which is a lie .. I was told to phone another taxi company..I use this taxi company all the time
