Physioflex: Hands on Physiotherapy and Sports Massage

I had an issue with my hamstring and Majka done a great job in getting me back to running. I found the use of the app very helpful as well to remind me of the stretches I had to complete each day :)

First class for expertise and professionalism, I have visited a number of times and wouldnt hesitate to recommend physio flex. My neck and shoulders are definitely improving and this has been a long term problem for me.

Staff are professional , knowledgeable , gifted and can be chatty and funny. They offer a 5* service .

I couldn't go back to work with the pain and range of movement . So I went the week before work got strapped up pain neck and shoulder . It wasn't easy at work and trying to do the exercises were really hard but a few more appointments . Massage short . And taping up. Were wonders still have a few niggly points but liveable . Very worth it

I have had four sessions with Sean and I have to recommend him as being very good at listening and being able to find a solution to your problem. My original problem with my shoulder has now gone, thanks to the exercises he recommended and specific massage. Thank you I can continue to enjoy sport.
