Booked eye test, great, job done, or so I thought!!!! Chose glasses, paid my money. After 4 weeks of waiting I rang to get an update, still processing, after another week, rang again, there has been a mix up between them and the makers of my glasses so it will be another 2 weeks!!!! I agreed to wait again, I then went to see them. I was told my glasses were out if stock!!!! Run by idiots, keep your money and go somewhere else like I have!!!

clearly should have read the reviews before using this optician. worst service I have ever experience - staff unhelpful and unfriendly. waited months for an appointment then when I was turned away. avoid at all costs!!!!

Made an hour long journey to get glasses to be turned away cause "you need an appointment". Complete waste of time

Bought new glasses that where sold to me as the same as I had paid the 80 picked them up not the same went in to day to be hold by some clown with rally bad manners that's how Nike make them.that's your glasses sorry mate you are totally in the wrong job I will be taking this further
