        When we first signed up with them the service was fantastic. Then when it came to renewal there was little to no effort put into winning our business and so we decided to go to another supplier. Tried to terminate things with Concept and the service was shocking. Constantly had to chase replies to emails and had to go round the houses speaking to various different people, and when I did eventually hear back the information was conflicting and unclear. Extremely time consuming and stressful. Would not recommend.
