        Majority off the staff do an expectional job and believe are under staffed expected to do too much in their job role. Off hearing conversations and seeing with own eyes the food that the residents recieve for the cost they pay is unbelievably shocking! The smell on entering the premisses and off the carpets is something else. Where is the money going ? Profits!?
