        Ronnie and Jane were superb. Being a business owner with only 1 year financials I did not expect to be able to get a mortgage any time soon. However, my partner and I thought we'd give it a bash and subsequently contacted Merlin Mortgages. Ronnie managed to secure an offer of loan and at a good interest rate as well given the circumstances. Due to the unique circumstances there was a number of hoops that we had to jump through, but Ronnie navigated these expertly and kept us in the loop with all of the correspondence between them and the lender. I would recommend Merlin Mortgages to anyone. They really pulled it out the bag for us.
