Ken was instrumental in securing a mortgage for us despite the difficulties caused by covid, as well as an awkward guaranteed hours contract which we wanted to be taken into account. Through all of this, Kens good humour and responsiveness left us feeling that we were in good hands, and his experience and confidence were evident at all times. I cannot recommend Lothian Mortgage Services highly enough, and will be using Kens services again if we need them in the future.

Cant recommend Ken enough, Kept in touch constantly throughout the process and helped us Buy our house. Trying times through Covid with less access to Banking Services and yet he still got us through, took all the stress out of the initial buying process that we would have had to go through ourselves without his help. Will be returning for all Mortgage renewals.

Ken has taken all the stress out of applying and securing a mortgage. He knows mortgage products inside out and handles all the paperwork and application process for you. As a maturing couple buying a second home with a contract workers mortgage we thought we could no longer qualify for a mortgage, but Ken found us a top offer from a well recognised financial company with a great rate. It is well worth the money to deploy Kens service, you wont regret it. We didnt!! thank you Ken
