She made a daunting process easy and held our hand through the whole process and was so so amazing in helping us achieve our dream. Have been using Greenshoots from 2014 and are always very accessible at end of phone or emails. Wish I went to them before would have saved a lot of money and hassle as I hate using banks for anything

I have been using Greenshoots to sort my mortgage for years. Collette is very considerate around my working hours. Emailing during the day and arranging calls for times that are convenient to me. I approached Greenshoots on recommendation from a friend and I am absolutely delighted with the level of service I have/I am receiving. Collette has been so friendly and helpful, she got me all set up for my initial mortgage (July 2021) and has now been back in touch to look at my renewal as I come towards the end of my 2 year fixed rate. As well as helping with my mortgage, Collette sourced and set me up with with household and life insurance. She is totally clued up on all of these aspects (which is great because I'm really not clued up!) and takes the time to research what is right for your situation. Collette at greenshoots recently helped me remortgage my property, when I say helped, she pretty much done everything for me start to finish which included a separation agreement and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
