        I got a Sylveon recently but have been a lot over the past year. Staff are so friendly and lovely and are always happy to help

        Took my goddaughter for her birthday for the Birthday experience, she wasn't offered a choice of bear (even though the three bear options were there) but did have a fun experience making her bear. I had to ask for the photo op as staff forgot. Clothes are expensive, just as well the bear was cheap as the final price would have been extortionate if not.
