        Changed 4 tyres, the price includes fully fitted tyres, which means the car should be drivable, but it turns out it is not for high speeds, this is so disappointing, called the branch they told me I have to go to another branch, called that branch they said they will charge me! Fine, I am not back at all, you should have told me that the car will not be ready, rather than saying tyres will be fully fitted, this is a bad customer experience, you have lost me.

        I went in with the intentions of having a nail removed and a plug inserted but I ended up buying two tyres. So, although the guys were right regarding the tyres, I'm sure you can understand why I wasn't exactly happy. But, I trusted the representative and agreed to change the two tyres. I was very happy with the level of service.
