Land of Holistic Pets

I was a first time buyer and was looking forward to using this company as a regular for our new dog as I liked the thought of healthy holistic food. Sadly I was sent a wrong item and attempted to get it exchanged via sending 2 emails and a direct message through their website but I'm still yet to get a response and it's been 4 weeks! I really wanted this to be my go-to hub for dog foods but unfortunately the "customer service" is unacceptable... I will take my business elsewhere. UPDATE: The response Ive just seen is nonsense. I sent 2 emails to the exact email address you stated and also sent a message directly through your website - so how have you searched and not seen anything from me? I quoted my order number on all messages sent. Stop lying to your customers and do the right thing.

I would highly recommend Land of Holistic Pets to anyone looking for high quality dog treats and a great range of foods. My dog was recently diagnosed with irritable bowel disease, so I wanted to find a food that would help support him. A week on the cookable raw food that they supply and he is much better already. Rachel is incredibly helpful and a lovely person into the bargain. Can't recommend this company enough. Thank you so much.
