Staff are all really helpful and friendly

This place has a good variety of cars , the issue is however that the staff is not very helpful. I found myself in a difficult situation with no internet, so i asked then if they could kindly do the tax for me and will pay for that . They rejected. I then asked for at least a wifi access, and to my surprise they rejected that as well . I had no other choice than driving the vehicle outsite their site till I received some internet signal in order to do the tax.

Absolute shambles of a site, Buy a car unseen with a vague and deliberately misleading description and wait almost a week sometimes for a collection slot, Then show up wait in a massive qu to practically beg for your car to be brought out. Glad to see this place be shut down, BCA need to get a grip and stop saying they are closed to adhere to government guidelines! They are closed because it's much easier to con their customers no other reason! BCA are all high and mighty with their "Health and safety" practices yet let multiple lorries load/unload on the public road outside, Serious accident waiting to happen!

Kris, Michelle and Amy are the best when it comes to customer service. Nothing is too much for them, they will always try to accommodate any specific requests. The guys on the pulling team (Joe, Chris, Ian, Wullie and Jocky) will always try their best to get vehicles ready for the allotted collection times. They always go above and beyond to help. Treat them with respect (as you should) and you will never leave disappointed. Great job guys, exemplary as always. BCA...... IF YOU READ THIS, CAN YOU PLEASE PASS IT ON TO THE APPROPRIATE TEAM SO THAT THE AFOREMENTIONED CAN BE SUITABLY RECOGNISED FOR THEIR HARD WORK.
