Amazing staff can't thank them enough for their input and help , some suitcases are crazy expensive but got 4 Disney cases and it worked out at much better price and top quality ones as well

I had an exceptional experience at this Samsonite luggage store in Livingston, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Susan. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the luggage products available, but Susan went above and beyond to assist me when a product I purchased went faulty. From the moment I walked into the store, Susan greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and provided me with excellent advice on which suitcase would best suit my needs. Unfortunately, I had an issue with one of the suitcases I purchased, but Susan was quick to take action and ensure that the issue was resolved promptly. She showed a genuine concern for my situation and went the extra mile to make things right, which I truly appreciated. Overall, my experience at the Samsonite luggage store was nothing short of exceptional, and Susan was a key factor in making it so. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service is a rare find in today's world, and I will definitely be returning to this store for all my future luggage needs. I highly recommend this store and Susan to anyone looking for quality luggage products and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!
