        We have just booked our holiday to Mexico through Liz in the Livingston branch and I honestly couldnt fault her. She used her own experiences to let us know about different parts that she has stayed in and about the excursions that are available. The holiday is a special holiday as its my partners 30th while we are away and Liz ensured we were happy with every detail before we booked. Top class service! And thank you for taking the time to go through various destinations with us!

        Came to your shop in Livingston on 5th Jan to enquire about a two week holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia. Spoke to one of your advisors ( wont mention her publicly) who took some information and said shed back in touch in a few days to a week or so. Still waiting!!!

        My wife and I always book our holidays with TUI Livingston and have never been disappointed. All the in store staff are helpful and friendly but for us no-one more so than Liz. Liz has never let us down with her recommendations and advice, to the point where weve trusted her to choose our destinations for us. Cape Verdi, Sorrento & Sicily being particular highlights.
