Used BHF to conduct a flat clearance and ghey were superb. From the home visit to receiving a quote within an hour was impressive as were the 2 removers who came to clear the flat. Would thoroughly recommend using them and giving them the opportunity to use goods to help them fund their research.

I have been looking for this bed for months now and found it at the heart foundation in Livingston it matches the rest of my bedroom furniture so I'm well pleased great buy great service thanks

Tried, and ultimately failed, to give them furniture. Could only pick up about 10 days after we phoned which was cutting it fine for me leaving the property. Asked for an afternoon pick up and was told to phone back the day before pick up to ask for that. When we phoned we were told afternoon pick ups don't happen so it would be morning! If we'd known that 10 days ago we could have made alternative arrangements. We explained we were an hour away from the property so late morning would be better. Cold not give us a time. Asked if they could check with the driver and see what times might suit. Got a message later saying it would be between 8:30 and 12:30, not very helpful at all. We turned up at 11am to find a note through the door saying they had been at 9:20am and that we would need to rebook. Ironically the card says "Please call us to arrange a convenient time to come back.". Good luck with that. I get the impression they think they are doing you a favour rather than the other way around. Thankfully we found an alternative charity to take the furniture that day without any hassle whatsoever.
