Had my bathroom refurbished by Zen a couple months back. The work was professionally done and ended up looking really good! After-care is a point at which I can say they keep their word. As a note, by my request I provided the shower unit and tiles personally, though the installation and other bathroom items were provided by them. This shows flexibility in my opinion. Financially, they are not cheap, but they are honest. Out of the two, I definitely prefer the honesty.

Zen Kitchen replaced the shower in our en-suite. Visually, it looks great, but it has been leaking around the doors, since it was installed and that was about a year and a half ago. They have made serveral attempts to fix the problem with no success, so I have just given up. We feel that it just wasn't installed properly at the start. They also did the quartz countertops in our kitchen. Quartz is not supposed to mark or stain, but my counter gets water spots that don't wipe off. Very disappointing experiences.

My kitchen has recently been completed and I'm absolutely delighted with it. The quality of the kitchen is fantastic, it definitely has the "wow factor". Stuart was knowledgeable and was able to project manage a complete kitchen refurb which involved removing a wall, installing flooring and a new window. The guys who worked on it were tidy and efficient. Some small snagging issues were dealt with without any issues. I would definitely recommend visiting the showroom and getting a Zen kitchen.
