Bought a couple of drain fittings from here and the guy was friendly enough about it, showed him some photos and he recommended a specific pipe for the job to which i was happy enough with. Before purchasing i asked if i'd be able to return the pipe fittings if they didn't fit and he said yes. Today i went to return the items because they didn't fit, unfortunately the guy who served me the previous day wasn't there so i had to deal with someone else. He refused to accept them back because the bag had been opened, to which i replied, how am i meant to check if it fits without taking it out the bag. The employee said that they wouldn't be able to re-sell the item because it was out the bag. After going back and forth i was refused. my money back. My advice is, they have a great stock of items and are friendly enough to sell you it but don't expect to get your money back if you choose the wrong piece of equipment and try to return it.
