We made an appointment online using the website. This looked great and professional which was why I was drawn to the company. As a result I received email confirmation of my appointment in addition to numerous text reminders again, very professional and organised. But no one turned up. We waited 15 minutes and called to be told they had no knowledge of our appointment, apologised and said someone would be round first thing the next day at 8.30am saying there was an error in their website. Then at 8.30pm in the same evening, someone else phoned saying that the morning appointment was no longer an option and again as a way of an apology would try to fit us in 2 days later in the afternoon, early evening. They would call us an hour before and let us know if they could or couldn't come. So 3rd time lucky we left the evening free and waited on some sort of call. Nothing. I then messaged saying how disappointed I was and even though they read it, no apology and no call. I understand companies are busy but it is rude and unfair make 3 appointments, cancel then or just not turn up. Once is an error, 3 times having people rearrange their day, or sitting around waiting is rude.
