I have used Martyn Smith for my plumbing work since 2018, and have always been impressed by his exceptional customer service. He has repaired our domestic heating system, then installed a new oil tank and 'tiger loop' system to replace an old steel tank, subsequently rescuing our old oil fired boiler which had been embarrassingly neglected. The boiler now runs much quieter, and is without doubt safer. As a landlord of over 30 years, Martyn and his team have recently transformed 2 residential properties from electric storage heating to gas central heating. I had been putting this off for many years due to the physical disruption and general upset to tenants, but should not have worried. There was detailed preparation of military proportions, and both projects were completed within schedule and with minimal stress. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Martyn for all plumbing and heating requirements. He is sincere, very knowledgeable and if by chance he doesn't know the answer, will research then come back with a positive response. Not least of all, his prices are very competitive and most importantly he is a fully qualified plumber and Gas Safe registered.
