NOT PROFESSIONAL AND A LESSON THAT CHEAPER ISNT ALWAYS BETTER. INITIAL MEETING WAS OK HENCE THE REASON I AGREED TO A TENANT FINDER SERVICE. ALL PRICES WERE DISCUSSED AND CLEARLY AGREED THAT IF I FOUD MY OWN TENANT NO FEE CHARGED. I GOT MY OWN TENANT AND GETTING THE KEYS BACK TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE. WORST PART WAS WHEN I CONTACTED SAM HAVING BEEN TO THE OFFICE AND THE KEYS WERE NOT THERE. HE TOLD ME THAT THE TENANTS IN THE PROPERTY HAD CONTACTED RESIDENCE LETTING FIRST AND HE WAS LOSING MONEY ON ME AS HE HAD SPENT ON ADVERTISING THE HOUSE. THIS HAD NEVER BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION UP TO THIS POINT. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT I HAD BEEN CONTACTING HIM DIRECTLY ON HIS MOBILE PHONE HENCE THE REASON FOR MY KEYS NOT BEING AVAILABLE. VERY STRESSFUL SPELL GETTING THIS KEY BACK AND THANK GOODNESS I HAD NOT SIGNED UP MY WHOLE PORTFOLIO TO RESIDENCE LETTING. PS: KEYS DROPPED OFF 7 DAYS AFTER THE TENANT MOVED IN. THANKS.

Been waiting over a year for repairs to be done, still waiting!!!!!!!! Now I have mould been waiting 2 months for them to tell me when something is getting done about it, still waiting. Steer clear!!!!!!!, they banned me from their fb page for posting pics of the repairs that need done.

Thought they would finally take responsibility for the property with new management and they sent out an inspection guy for the first time in 18 months. NOPE! Still none of the problems fixed, still no acknowledgement or anything at all And now they've sent us a letter fisihing for us to change our gas and electricity supplier to some random company they're affiliated with? Disgusting.
