Thanks to Emma for helping me the other day when I was in only sorry you had to put up with the rude customer who clearly thought the rules didnt apply to him. You certainly were not rude to him in any way obviously trying to make himself feel better. Keep up the good work ladies

Was in this place yesterday and bought a large quantity of clothing at really good prices, unfortunately one of the items that was on a XXL hanger was actually a small and thought that I would return it today, I arrived at the unit and said to the female member of stall what had happened and she point to a notice that said No Returns or Exchanges, I did point out that the item was on the wrong size hanger to which she replied that's not my fault, I said it's not mine other only to be told to leave the premises and don't return.i said that her customer service manners needed to be looked at and once againd her answer is Don't Come back your barred. Would advise anyone who's thinking of using this unit to check the sizes are what said on the hanger or better still stay well clear off it.
