        I went in to swap sizes from an online purchase. Clueless where to look in the ladies section for the item I was swapping over I asked a member of staff for help. The assistant was brilliant and couldnt be more helpful. Great service and definitely will be back.

        Tried calling the store today about a lost card. Put through to an offshore call centre, when I explained that I had to speak with the store directly they put me on hold then cut me off Twice. Shocking customer service.
