Yet another great experience with barclays. Kirsty and the team are just the best. Went in with my heart set on a ring that I'd called and asked them to put aside for me but when it wasn't right for me after trying it they patiently sat with me till I found the right one. They sent it away to have it sized and it was back within a couple of week. When i went to collect it they werent even open but still let me in. I have just come home to a guaranteed and aftercare booklet sent to me in the post along with a lovely hand written card from kirsty. Highly recommend this shop they are so friendlyand helpful. I now own (when my birthday comes) a beautiful ring that im over the moon with..... Not all superheros wear capes

Recently bought our wedding rings from Eunice, Kirsty and Helen. Couldnt fault the experience in any way. Welcoming from the start straight through to the end when we collected the rings. Nothing was an effort and the customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend and will be back for future jewellery purchases.

I'm so glad that we spoke with Kirsty 9 weeks ago because yesterday I picked up my custom made engagement ring! And it's stunning! Kirsty was very informative and I'm glad that I listened to her advice. The whole team was very nice and welcoming yesterday when we picked the ring up too, even though it was 5.45pm they were happy to see us. I can highly recommend

A wonderful experience at Barclay Diamonds, myself and my partner went to look at watches and we were made to feel very welcome by every member of staff. Brett, who guided us through browsing watches was very professional and knowledgeable but also very helpful and helped us purchase the watch my partner wanted after allowing him to try on a serval others. Great experience and warm welcoming staff. Thanks again Brett.

Such a lovely experience we had with Kirsty at Barclay Diamonds. I lost my engagement ring, she arranged the insurance claim with no stress and kept in touch with me to when mu new ring would arrive in the shop. Fantastic service.
