Coffee spilled everywhere all over floor and machine and some on me , a customer sales assistant rushed over to help clean up but I insisted Id do it as was completely my fault.
Once cleaned up I went to purchase another coffee as well.. I need my coffee and was willing to pay for 2.
The customer sales rep seen this and offered to make me a coffee from her own pod machine in the back to save me paying for another.
Legend! I never caught her name but she should be promoted going above and beyond like that for customers in a huge chain like shell is just unheard of.
