Staff have filled in the toilet cleaning checklist for the whole day despite it only being 1 pm. Only one working toilet is fair enough, but when I informed them that the sink in that cubicle was leaking and there was water all over the floor, they shrugged, mumbled something about "it'll just keep leaking" and continued their conversation. I understand nothing can be done at that time to fix the sink as it is the only operational loo, but they have a responsibility to mop it up and carry out their cleaning regularly. What if someone slips and gets hurt? They could at the very least mop it up and place a bucket underneath to catch the leak.
