Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Livingston

Staying at my dads in Livingston round the corner from enterprise, rang up to see how much it would be to rent a car, no answer so me and my sons decided to walk round to it, on arrival 3 staff was sat at the desk, I asked how much it would be to rent a car, 1 of them said come back tomorrow i said ok thanks then I walked back in to ask what time I need to be there to rent the car for the day to which the young lady said we dont have any to rent, so why did the guy in there tell me to come back tomorrow, so disappointed as now Im stuck not able to take my sons out for the day. Its already cost me a lot getting buses already

Not impressed booked a car last week as a Juke Size automatic given a DS3 had to book a new booing on for a Ford Focus Automatic still ended up in a DS 3 which is not the same size as a Juke or a Focus. Because there short of cars and can not get any keeping kept on a car which is absolutely useless being involved in car hire myself since 1999-2022 DS3 also been in a Catagory as a Fiesta as is an overpriced C3 in a B Group. Hopefully wont need this car last Friday not any use to me demanding I upgrade to a Jeep for 15 per day. Dont think so just want the car which I booked if a focus size not a DS 3 DS4 is a focus size not a DS3

Fantastic service as always. This hire from enterprise was a seriously quick turnaround. It was a last minute hire which was totally unexpected. The team in Livingston done everything possible to make the hire the easiest possible and they were able to maintain social distancing. That was 2 years ago, today 30/01/2023 I returned a hire car (DS3 Crossback). It was a lovely car, not my favourite but still lovely. As expected the team at Livingston made the whole process effortless on my part. It was a replacement car after my own was rear ended. No issues, no drama. Everything was easy and then followed up by emails. Thanks again for the quality service.
