would highly recommend Stewart, the guy is so experienced and knowledgeable in his field and has played a massive massive turning point in my hamstring recovery. I've had an ongoing hamstring issue for more than a year, having seen multiple physics, all of which who helped but still didn't feel like it was resolving the problem. Having then booked in to see Stewart, he knew instantly how to deal with it and how to speed my recovery up. He gave me advice and a program to follow. I've made more progress in 3 weeks now than I have in over a year. Stewart deals with this injury day in day out and has seen it through all different stages so I knew instantly he would be able to help and reassure me what to do. can't thanks Stewart enough for giving me a plan, guidance reassurance and a realistic honest approach. thanks

Stewart is phenomenal. First went to him with shoulder issue and after one session the difference was incredible.As well as the hands on physio he also provides exercises to help strengthen and improve the affected area which helps prevent injury being ongoing. Any problems Ive had subsequently such as back pain he has also helped with and in each case the pain relief has improved immediately. Cant recommend him highly enough.

Went to Stewart on a recommendation, Had hurt my back with a small turn and had a dull pain down the back of my leg, the back got better ,but my leg seemed to be getting worse, so went to Stewart, one treatment and an exercise routine, and my leg has improved 100% in just a few days, best 55 I have ever spent and so glad I did, Thanks Stewart.
