        Paid a visit to see about warranty on a backpack,they repaired item straight away to a good standard while i chilled and watched mtb vids in reception,great company and the service i received left me happy!

        I'll write this here to save someone else the disappointment of coming all the way to this building in the middle of nothing: they don't have a shop or show room for you to buy their stuff. You might be able to arrange a group visit through their website, but if you just turn up you'll get turned away by reception staff. All this building is is a factory and associated offices. Better look up dealers on their website and find your local one, or buy online.
