Having to carry all our luggage upstairs to our room was quite difficult. The lock on our door was broke so that made us uneasy. The room was very very cold despite turning the heat up all the way. There was a dead spider in our bed which I got rid of but we did not sleep under the covers after that. Between the broken lock, unable to be under the covers and our freezing room our sleep was horrible before having to go the airport.
