        horrendous. I had an appointment for olaplex and haircut, travelled through a rain storm to get there, waited for 10 minutes and was then told that the girl I had an appointment with wouldn't be in. Now screwed for my night out as I can't get my hair done- and I'm completely soaked unnecessarily! Basic decency/manners would be nice.
