Was recommended via Worcester site as an approved installer for a new boiler. From the moment I submitted the quote on the Worcrester site on a Friday night, I received a response on Saturday morning. An arranged visit on Tuesday to assess the job at hand. And they managed to fit the full install in on the Saturday. From a fresh enquiry to install and working, in only a week. The staff are very friendly, knowledgable, and understanding. From the office staff (Donna), first visit (Mark), and the installer (Alan), all very very friendly professionals. I can not fault them at all from start to finish, highly recommend.

Great job of our boiler replacement by David and Alan. They kept us well informed throughout the job and left us with a very neat installation that we are totally happy with.

Full job not completed and when highlighted by email no response for over 3 working days. I requested a full boiler and hot water system setvice, part of which includes the magnetic filter being cleaned out. The magnetic filter was never removed or cleaned. This was the main reason for me requesting a service as this was making a bit of noise and unfortunately still is. Only after I had paid the full balance did I do further research and realise the filter hasn't been removed and cleaned. Lesson learned.

Excellent service from Donna who took the call and scheduled the visit (in the middle of the Covid19 lockdown). And the fault with our boiler properly fixed by Mark the engineer in one visit. Mark also turned up promptly on the date promised and was in PPE gear. In summary,... friendly people and a pleasure to deal with, and an experienced and knowledgeable engineer who was able to diagnose and fix a tricky fault. This is the 3rd time I've used Gasglow. Highly recommended.
