Team building my pod have been fantastic

Excellent company to work with and stunning end product from intial dicussion to final design and install. The installation team had a high level of attention to detail, finishing and were very diligent in their work approach whilst working alongide other trades. Nothing has been too much trouble. Delighted with my new pod, might just permanently move in !!!

Thank so much to John Mullan and the Urban pod team for their professionalism and terrific workmanship while building our pod in our garden. A real credit to the company. We are absolutely delighted with our pod!

From start to finish Ross and the team were brilliant. Our main team building the pod was Tommy and Lawson, who I can't praise high enough. They did an amazing job, always checking in with us on any queries and letting us know the build schedule. We were able to make some additions to the pod mid build, putting in more steps and nothing was an issue for them. All the other workers who came in to jobs on it were fantastic too, including Tommy the plaster. Additionally we were a bit worried how the build would effect our rescue dog Luna, as she can be quite anxious. We didn't have to worry at all each morning they both took their time to reintroduce themselves to her and make her feel comfortable. She didn't want them to leave by the end of the build! We have had a slight issue with one of our heating mats, but Ross and the team were quick to respond and resolve this. Would 100 percent recommend them, we both absolutely love our pod and Luna does too!

One word for the Urbanpods team...'Outstanding'! Every single part of the journey, from initial discussions, developing the design, excellent communication, on-time delivery, professional and skilled installation team, and going that extra yard on every single aspect. My pod was handed over last week, and it is EXACTLY as discussed and designed. The quality of the build and workmanship is excellent, and these guys should rightly be identified in this field, as absolute top of the pack. The pod location was a really tricky lift and place, but it was fully recce'd and expertly and safely done. I can't recommend these guys enough! Add to the above, the incredibly friendly support team, and again, one word to describe the whole experience and the pod itself...Outstanding!
