Great coffee but rubbish customer support. Website payment gateway not updated to meet new card company guidelines, so they can't take website payments now! After emailing they suggest you use PayPal to save them updating their website!! NO Phone Number to place over the phone orders and they won't give you their number when requested!!

Some of there coffee capsules are good, but some capsules can be faulty which is annoying, even though the customer service is good when you complain. They just need to up the quality control from their suppliers.

Firstly, ordered on Sunday and arrived Wednesday morning (with a bank holiday Monday thrown in) which was great. I cant notice any difference between these ones (tried house blend and Rwandan) and the Nespresso ones weve been buying for years so its a no brainier for us to swap. Rwandan one in particular is a beauty - so full of flavour you almost expect a bitterness to come but it never does. Pods fit in and work as they should Cracking coffee, in simple packaging - suspect the marketing spend is a major contributor to the huge different in cost with Nespresso pods.

I bought the house blend lungo capsules rated 10 in strength, but in reality they're about a 5 (at best) in comparison to the genuine Nespresso capsules. I have to use two per coffee to make it taste anything like coffee when milk is added. So 50% cheaper but using 100% more. More wasteful, not recyclable and just not efficient. If you like a very weak coffee then the taste is fine but if you want a quality drink then don't waste your time and money on this brand and buy the genuine capsules, or Sainsbury's own branded metal capsules are good too. Lesson learned.

Really impressed with the customer service that iv experienced from this company. They forgot to send me some pods within my order which was a human packing error (we are all human and make mistakes), once i emailed them and made them aware they done everything they could to sort this and sent me out the missing pods next day along with some free hot choc to say sorry. Not only do they do great coffee at a reasonable price they also dig out blind to make sure your satisfied. I would ignore some of the comments on here from people, their pods fit fine in the machine and the coffee is 5 star.
