The staff is always there to help you,guide you and support you. My midwife was kind, also the ladies from the recepetion. So far the gp that I have really care about my concerns and do their best to help me. My health visitor is such a warm person. Keep doing your godd job all.

If you have good reason to need to see a Dr or, a nurse practitioner then you will be seen however, I think that too many people bug the surgery for appts that can probably be treated at home with rest and some paracetamol...!

The worst medical practice ever absolute horrible staff. Phoned this morning for a appointment got a call back at 8.30am I asked if I can have a face to face and was told by a very rude nurse practitioner called Glenda no she has other patients to deal with. I've had a lot of pain in my knee and swelling and was told by her she's referring me to Physiotherapy without even looking at it!! Is this not why the Physiotherapy has such long waiting lists because the doctors or nurse practitioner can't be bothered to look at it first. I cannot emphasize how much I hate this surgery. I argued with Glenda that I wanted a face to face and she eventually gave in and offered me a appointment which I excepted only to be phoned minutes later by her telling me she's really upset about the way I've spoken to her so for that reason she is not going to see me today and put the phone down, still waiting on the practice manager to call me back them I'm definitely taking it further. The staff at the practice have a god complex where they think they are better than anyone else!! I've been onto Carmondene medical practice reviews and the majority of them are 5 stars and even the bad ones get a response from the practice but I've noticed Barclay not one response back from any reviews absolutely shocking!!

Worst doctors surgery I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It is neigh on impossible to get a doctors appointment. They want you as a patient to call them at 8 in the morning for a telephone consultation which could be at any time during the day. The issue is that its between 50-100 attempts at calling them before you will get through (at a minimum). They have, by the phone diagnosed my issue twice and the medication they have prescribed has not worked. Went today to ask for a face to face doctors appointment to be told it was impossible without a phone consultation. I simply dont have time for this nonsense, they already know what the issue is. If youre looking for a new doctor surgery, do yourself a solid and steer clear. Im now going to try and join a different surgery. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have given it!
