Horrendous and down right rude treatment from the manager of the practice Pamela, who also deals with the telephone - I have had a death in my family and on the day of my dentist appointment I was told about it and obviously could not attend my appointment or phone due to being inconsolable that whole day. Plucked up the strength to phone today and try to explain yet theyve said it doesnt matter and Ive been charged 45 for not attending and until I pay that, Im being refused another appointment and even if I did pay that itll be weeks yet till I can get another appointment? Disgusting. Should learn to be more compassionate, especially in a pandemic. Will look elsewhere now for a new dentist to go to. A practice nicer than this and a dentist that is also good at actually doing the work needed on your teeth without causing further issues. Id maybe have stayed if this was the first issue Ive had with them, but sadly its not.

You will never get the same dentist, the staff are argumentative, treatment at best is temporary as their fillings fall out and you end up in more pain than you went with. Avoid at all costs

Would recommend this dentist to anyone. Especially if you are an anxious patient like myself. The dentist Karen had so much patience with me and I felt so at ease I will not go anywhere else!

Very warm and friendly staff. The girls done a fantastic job with my teeth.
