Really understanding & approachable team. My dentist (Heather) is very helpful, especially as I had a phobia about dental treatment in the past. I was very impressed when my dental plate broke & it was able to be mended & returned on the same day

I was refused treatment at another dentist and a friend recommended craigshill dentist. I called and I was registered straight away. My treatment started within 2 weeks and is now complete.. the care and attention they gave was beyond what I thought. My dentist was amazing. Few wee tweeks after the treatment and she saw me straight away. Cant thank them enough..Best dentist I've ever been to. Going to register my kids so I know they will get good treatment if needed.

Phoned at 15.40pm for an emergency which the practice never normally does normally 8.30am to get an emergency appointment. Receptionist who answered phone was absolutely lovely so kinda and understanding and was able to book me in at 5.20pm due to cancellations but informed me it won't normally happen. Once visiting got welcomed by either the same or another lovely receptionist. Don't remember name of my dentist think Amy but could be wrong. Was very kind and gentle made me feel at ease through my who visit gave me option for extraction or root canal choose extraction then changed mind to root canal she was very understanding of this and got to work quickly has to be the most gentle dentist I've ever met never even felt the injection of the local anastetic which was rare. Her and the other colleague was absolutely amazing worked good as a team and just all round lovely humans love this practice as always makes me feel comfortable as I'm feared of dentists but they're super b
