        The polish fellow was rude when I enquired about the signet rings,he hustled me past the 14 carot ones like I couldn't afford to buy them, and instead of staying with the customer he buggered off to the back office and left me twiddling my fingers,, I had 10 k in my pocket..... never judge a book by its cover

        Unbelievable. I took a bundle of jewellry here and was offered 500. I then went to a jewellers very near and got 1400 for the same bundle. I tried to contact a manager or area manager to tell them how their service was a disgrace. I thought of all the elderly customers bringing in their gold and getting a terrible low offer. No response from anyone. They should be ashamed. Avoid at all costs!
