DHL Parcel UK Livingston

Unbelievably terrible, unprofessional, dishonest organization. Use anyone else if you want to have your parcel delivered with instructions followed by the depot or by the drivers. Literally wasted hours of my time chasing a parcel. Not my first issue with DHL but this was a doozie! First day were dishonest about the parcel being at the depot despite an email confirming it. So one hour round trip wasted. Second day, to my surprise and the blokes at the depot against my direct orders was not held for pickup but delivered to a neighbor wasting another one hour round trip and leaving it with a stranger. WTAF!?!?!

Very unhelpful. Have paid for next day delivery on Sunday and expected parcel today now being told itll be Wednesday and no means of collecting from depot or even of speaking to someone in the depot

This place is tired and run down. I suppose it is only a distribution hub. Called in the morning to have a parcel held here to collect. When I arrived to collect was informed that it was put on the van for delivery. Poor communications within the depot. Have had a lot of issues with parcels of late that pass through this depot. One parcel got lost for 6 weeks then got delivered to my property in a state. Packaging burst and had been re sealed several times. Box and contents damp and dirty.
