        Delivery time 13-15. I was force to stay in the address at that time as they do not allow delivery without sign. Was late and no contact has been made. And the delivery man just knock and leave the package without signing. You cannot track the location through any mean. All the hotline is automated and live chat cannot fix anything.

        Giving it a one star as I can't give it a zero. No idea why companies use this service as they alway felive packages to the wrong door or they just vanish into thin air.

        Appalling, bordering on criminal. They said they had delivered 2 items but we only one received from the driver. When customer service check, they say SatNav shows vehicle at deIivery address at delivery time stated but that doesn't account for only one package being delivered, not two. Absolutely the worst larger courier in the business. Going to stop ordering from those who use them as just not safe/trustworthy.

        The worse company ever. They delivered my parcel to someone else. The picture from the delivery is not my flat. The company doesn't want to accept they made a mistake. Very very bad service and unprofessional.
