        Thanks to all the lovely staff in Costa at Next Livingston for making our visits here totally chilled out.Nothing is a problem if you want your drinks/food a certain way that's what they do for you..Annette you are a gem keeping the areas clean and tidy and with a friendly "How are yous today? whenever she see us.10 out 10 to the staff

        As someone who works at costa this has to be by far one of the worst Ive been to. Staffs faces tripping them, unable to make the correct order; not up to brand standard an absolute joke! Asked for a caramel cortado mostly foam no caramel on top Latte is made with 2 shots of coffee and it came with one absolutely rotten Caramel iced latte with no caramel? Drinks served with no saucers for the cortado and no knifes for the cakes.
