Dragon House

Ordered from Dragon House via Scoffable. Worst Chinese Ive ever tasted. Over cooked chips were stone cold and soggy as were the chicken balls. Sweet and sour sauce was so loaded with corn starch it was like jelly. Crispy chicken was just a cold mush. The lot went in the bin. Used to be a great takeaway but will never use it again. Complained via scoffable and Dragon House authorised a full refund.

Been years since I've been to this place, but when I fancied a Mongolian Beef, I thought, the Dragon House is the one to get it from. Guys...what happened? Mongolian beef should be velveteened with corn flour to tenderise it. It should taste of things like soya sauce, hoisin, brown sugar, sweet chilli sauce. It's only very rarely a hot dish. I got a small tub of extremely chewy sliced beef and vegetables drowned in chilli oil with actual chillies floating in it. Bloody awful. There was nothing Mongolian about what I paid for. The soft noodles were lovely but what a disappointment.
