Chopstix - Livingston

I would usually give 5 stars but the past 2 times I've been here the first time I tried the rice and there was a big black hair in it and today the noodles are compressed and dry hard to actually pick up with the fork and hardly any toppings I think they need new staff or just fire the ones that have been working recently.

Seriously disappointed. Ordered the pumpkin Katsu curry with rice and spring rolls. I received breaded chicken. No rice, no sauce and no spring rolls. Im a vegetarian, so I ordered the pumpkin Katsu for a reason. Ive gone through Deliveroo for a refund, but that wont be processed for 10 days. The Deliveroo driver was also incredibly rude when I questioned the order. He said he asked twice if the order was correct, but I dont understand why hed leave the restaurant if he knew the order was missing over half the items. Hilariously shocking service from both chopstix and Deliveroo.

Served by a young man and Agnieska received absolutely outstanding service went above and beyond. I think we are quick to judge bad service never good service but after todays experience I will definitely be back and hope both are recognised for the exceptional service. Well done and thank you
