Terrible dealership, staff really do require further customer service training, I bought a car and within 48 hours went back as car had multiple faults and had signs of very poor repair to previous accident damage, staff were very abrupt and literally threw me the keys back to my old car and was hurried out of the dealership

Had my car booked in to be diagnosed today, no hassle dropping it off and was told Id have it back the same day. Good communication throughout the day and no problem picking it up, they even cleaned it too! Ive had bad experiences with garages so far so it was a nice change for everything to be so easy.

Going on day 43 of having a plethora of issues with my Ford Focus ST-3 from Arnold Clark Livingston Vauxhall. It has been 14 days since I sent report from independent tire garage to management wherein it was concluded the two front alloys of my vehicle are buckled causing air to escape from both. Been running a spare tire for over two weeks now and the opposite side tire has been going flat every day for the past two weeks and having to be pumped up every day. No resolve as of yet. Seems like a cash grab and I have been neglected thereafter unfortunately. Other issues include one headlight being noticeably brighter than the other and a dent in the rear on the boot which was not picked up in the pre-sale video that was sent to me. Really disappointed and I cant say I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Arnold Clark.
