Susie was so welcoming when I first visited the clinic, Frazer talked me through everything & explained the process very clearly, I was given excellent follow up advice, I highly recommend using these guys for any issues regarding your hearing & ear issues.

Huge thanks to Fraser and the team at Almond Hearing Clinic for looking after me while I was having difficulty with an ongoing ear infection. They were so kind, compassionate and attentive helping me through a difficult time when I was experiencing a lot of pain, discomfort and anxiety. I was able to get an appointment really quickly and Fraser took the time to explain to me in detail what was going on in my ear and supported me with the best course of action to manage and recover from the infection in full. I am extremely grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend Almond Hearing Clinic for their outstanding customer service and exceptional level of care.
